Spirit traveler entered the shadows on the sixth day at nightfall
He stood on a mountainside, watching his own reflection in a snow
A drop of blood stained the earth, and the winds came to him
Through the dark landscapes, he roamed
To where the frost patterns led to a knowledge of centuries
The son of a crow
Claim your throne
Raised by wolves and fed with blood
This child of the night were sheltered by shadows
In a stormflame heart were forged
His black soul formed the labyrinth for demons to come
The king returns to his abandoned castle
To halls of betrayed and slaughtered gods
Buried by the time and dust
To rule his land now and forever
Alliance of winter
Rise up for me
Alliance of winter
Slay all them to me
The blood spilled, battles is won
Our legions unleashed forever
Warriors rise forth from the earth
And the beast of fen awakens
We are the black winds, the silent ones
Cursed hordes, the bane of gods
In the gleam of winter moonlight we stand
For our king, for our land
The son of a crow
Claim your throne
Heaven’s fall, darkness shall rise
We rule over the northern frostwinds
Death and fire, nothing to remain
The final war before the new creation
Alliance of winter
Rise up for me
Alliance of winter
Slay all them to me

Russian Black Metal. This is not your usual BM for sure. It is quite often a lot slower than usual but it is no less skilful for it. In fact, this adds a whole new layer of creepiness & darkness which is most welcome! I think I need to check out their latest album! Thanks DEP! Recommended!!! bmurator

I saw these gents open the evening for DWeF in Trier some weeks ago. The vocalist seemed terribly shy between songs and then went full-on beastmode on the vocals again; him overcoming this was one of the most metal things I have ever seen. Vi Overlevde is, excuse this, bizarrely good. Not too posty, but still with a remarkable edge and a pretty unique feel to it. Maybe I'm still carried away by the live performance, but alas! This is great. Ensomhet is... beyond words. Kom til meg! David Fischer
